Beds were a little hard.

Over the last 7 years, this hotel has provided us with a great location in Brandon. The rooms were comfortable, with modern dark wood furniture and a pleasant aroma. The staff was genuinely caring and addressed any issues promptly, like the unplugged fridge. We were impressed by the handwritten note from the manager, showing their commitment to customer service. Additionally, the hotel's pet-friendly policy and minimal pet fee were a plus.

The bathroom could have used some updating. The shower had rust on the shower head and the cleanliness of the bathroom overall was subpar.

We had a nice stay as really upsetting from our visit.
